Refund policy
We're proud of our products and want to make sure that you're happy with your purchase so we offer a 30 days returns policy. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from www.weekendessentials.com.au, provided it is unused and in original packaging, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the product. We do not accept returns or exchanges for goods already used and/or damaged by the customer.
Returns Process
Please contact us here or email hello@weekendessentials.com.au within 30 days of receiving your products so we can issue your refund or exchange.
In your email please include the following details for a timely return:
- Name
- Your order number
- The name of the product you would like to return
- Proof of purchase
- A brief outline of why you are returning the product.
- If you are returning due to the product being faulty, please include an image of the faulty part.
We reserve the right to limit returns, and to track returns initiated from the same name, email address, billing address, mailing address, or IP address. If we believe that a customer or potential customer has been or is likely to take advantage of our return policy, we reserve the right to deny sales or returns to any customer.

If you choose to exchange your item, we offer an exchange program within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since receipt, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we are only able to cover the cost of return shipping if the product is faulty. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please view our shipping page for a guide.
