Returns Policy
We're proud of our products and want to make sure that you're happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day FREE returns policy. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from weekendessentials.co, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the product.
Returns Process
Please contact us here or email hello@weekendessentials.co within 30 days of receiving your products so we can issue your refund.
In your email please include the following details for a timely return:
- Name
- Your order number
- The name of the product you would like to return
- Proof of purchase
- A brief outline of why you are returning the product.
- If you are returning due to the product being faulty, please include an image of the faulty part.
We reserve the right to limit returns, and to track returns initiated from the same name, email address, billing address, mailing address, or IP address.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
If you choose to exchange your item, we offer an exchange program within 30 days of receipt. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you would like to change your item then send us an email us at hello@weekendessentials.co so we can discuss an alternative.
Shipping
To return your product, please mail your product to: Weekend Essentials Unit 5, 20 Richmond Ave Dee Why NSW 2099.
